There are 6 programs in the Family Ministry that focus on reaching singles, couples with no children as well as those with kids, empty nesters, and seniors. Come be a part of our PVN Family! LEARN MORE Worship We love blended worship at PVN! Because of that, we like to pull from the richness and wisdom of the past into our worship through hymns and traditional styles of worship. Rehearsal is on Wednesdays from 8:00 to 9:00 in the sanctuary. Directed by our Minister of Music, Jason Coffman, the choir leads our Sunday morning worship and provides special music! LEARN MORE Senior Adults Our Senior Adults ministry called Pilgrims meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 10:30 AM for fellowship! After the program, they have a covered dish luncheon at noon. SOW Sowing seeds of God’s love is spreading His unconditional love, compassion, and kindness to others in a way that selflessly nurtures their faith and helps them experience His grace. As we sow, we reap a great harvest. Galatians 6:9, 5:22-23 ; Matthew 22:37-29 GROW Growing closer to God and others is a transformative journey of unity, love, and connection. It involves seeking His presence through prayer, studying His word, and serving one another. Because we are made for connection, we need to do this with others, supporting them as well. Proverbs 27:17, John 15, 1 John 4:12 REACH Reaching people for Christ involves sharing the message of salvation, demonstrating God’s love, and leading others to a personal relationship with Him. As believers, we follow Jesus’ command to go and make disciples of all nations, spreading the Good News and helping others find eternal life in Him. Mathew 28:19-20 TEACH Teaching the Word of God is the divine responsibility of sharing His truth and love with others. Through Scripture, believers are called to spread the gospel, guide hearts toward salvation, and equip individuals to live out God’s teachings, bringing hope and transformation to their lives. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 OUR PURPOSE Sow seeds of change with us. We believe every child deserves a safe, loving home, and we’re here to encourage, equip, and walk alongside those answering the call to foster. We partner with WinShape Homes to provide excellent training, resources, and ongoing support. Trail Life USA (TLUSA) is a Christian outdoor adventure program that emphasizes and teaches biblical moral values. Trail Life USA (TLUSA) is a Christian outdoor adventure program that emphasizes and teaches biblical moral values. TLUSA was founded in late 2013 by scouting enthusiast who were concerned about many of the changes made to other scouting organization’s policies. Troop GA0110 was started in August of 2014 at Pleasant Valley North Church to provide boys ages 5 – 18 in the Rome, Ga area a unique Christian scouting opportunity. TLUSA troops operate with the mission to guide generations of courageous young men to honor God, lead with integrity, serve others, and experience outdoor adventure.
